Request processing information
- Processing Time: We will respond within one calendar month. For a complex request or numerous requests, we may extend that period by up to two additional calendar months and will explain the reason within the first month.
- Email Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with a link to validate your request. Please check your spam folder.
- Identity Verification: For security reasons, you must confirm your request via the email link we send you.
- Technical IP scope: If you provide a technical IP address for IP-only logs, open the confirmation link from that same public IP address whenever possible so that scope can be proven automatically.
- Retention and pseudonymisation: Where immediate deletion is not possible because a valid retention still applies, we may keep a pseudonymised residual record limited to what remains necessary. It remains personal data and continues to receive GDPR safeguards until deletion.
