Intransparent decisions and reluctancy to share relevant information to trace back the root issue of blacklisting. Yet your blacklist harms the business of those on your blacklist. It should be your default to share the root cause why someone ends up on your list if a proper and legit prompt is made.
If it is not your goal to enable people to fix infections then it feels like you are not better then any ransomware which also just do harm a business. In general: Removed infections help your clients as well as the rest of the internet.

Hi, it seems absurd to me that you would analyse the website, respond to me to tell me the website is malicious but not tell me what criteria was used to make this decision. Although there is enough which has been done to meet the security requirement CRDF is not willing to accept false positive and change the status.

A few weeks ago I made a similar request and you told me that it was a false positive and I was removed from the blacklist (like you did now), but it was back again, but I still don't know what is causing this.

So why did you first think it was right, then wrong, and now right? It is to fully understand and that it does not happen to us again, because it is putting us in serious trouble with our clients.

For example with https://delcolaw.com/ it is also happening to us. Do I generate a new ticket for that other website?

It's been 17 hours since CRDF removed from your database my domain named "***", and it still hasn't been spread to the extent that for my antivirus is blacklisted at this moment.

Would be great to know the reason/s an URL is marked as insecure.

This would be helpfull for:
1. fix security problems in case of this
2. just request a false positive if your algorith fails (systems can fail)
3. or take legal actions against a third-party.
